Red Reishi Mushroom Extract Powder
Red Reishi, or Lingzhi (Ganoderma lucidum), is a polypore mushroom that is soft, corky, and flat; with a conspicuous red-varnished, kidney-shaped cap and, depending on specimen age, white to dull brown pores underneath. The Lingzhi mushroom was first used by the Chinese in the Han Dynasty (206 BCE-220 CE), and has a long history of use in traditional Chinese medicine. It was written about extensively in Chinese classical texts.
